We are seeking to fill critical leadership position in Cloud Bridge’s international growth journey. As Regional Director, you will lead and scale our presence in Australia, with a view to expanding into Singapore, the Philippines, and the wider Asia region over the next three years.
This role is ideal for a strategic self-starter with deep cloud experience and strong AWS knowledge, ready to build a high-performing regional business with the full support of a global AWS Premier Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute a regional growth strategy focused initially on Australia, then expand into Singapore, the Philippines, and broader Asia.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team across sales, delivery, and customer success.
- Represent Cloud Bridge locally with customers, partners, and AWS field teams.
Market Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and close new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Communicate the commercial value of AWS and the Cloud Bridge proposition with clarity and confidence.
- Localise go-to-market activity and build strong, trust-based relationships in key sectors.
Partner & Ecosystem Engagement
- Establish strategic alignment with AWS local teams to co-develop the pipeline and win key deals.
- Leverage AWS programmes (e.g. MAP, ISV Accelerate, PPA) to drive funded engagements and co-sell motion.
- Identify and grow partnerships with local ISVs, resellers, and other ecosystem players.
Execution & Delivery
- Own regional P&L, forecast accuracy, and performance targets.
- Oversee successful delivery of projects in collaboration with our global engineering team.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term account value.
Experience & Skills Required
- 10+ years’ experience in cloud, consulting, or IT services leadership with a proven ability to grow a business or region.
- In-depth understanding of AWS, including its commercial programmes, sales motion, and partner ecosystem.
- Strong track record of building teams, landing enterprise accounts, and scaling high-growth businesses.
- Commercially and strategically astute with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, and adaptable to different cultures and market dynamics.
