We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join our growing team. This role will support end-to-end recruitment activities with a focus on sourcing qualified candidates, managing initial candidate interactions, and assisting with recruitment operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow a career in recruitment while working in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/online interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the Recruitment Manager with reporting, database management, and other administrative tasks.
- Stay updated on market trends and contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related HR role. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn may also be considered.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet, etc.) and basic Boolean search.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a strong desire to grow in the recruitment field.
