We are looking for a motivated Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start or grow a career in recruitment while supporting our global expansion. You’ll gain hands-on experience across sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/online interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the Recruitment Manager with reporting, database management, and other administrative tasks.
- Stay updated on market trends and contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required).
- 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn will also be considered.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet) and basic Boolean search.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and motivated to grow in recruitment.
