Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Magento-based e-commerce websites.
• Ensure the quality and performance of digital platforms align with client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain and optimise existing Magento solutions for performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices in Magento development.
• Analyse and resolve technical challenges or bugs in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and updates within the Magento ecosystem.

Must haves:

• Proven experience as a PHP / JavaScript / HTML Developer
• Excellent knowledge of PHP and the Alpine.js/Laravel/Livewire (TALL)
• Proficiency in PHP and experience with PHP frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Symfony, Codelgniter
• Previous experience with test-driven development (PHPUnit, feature tests, etc.)
• Ability to self-manage work using JIRA or equivalent project management tools
• Magento 2
• API development & integration
• Experience of using Git
• Industry professional experience 5-7years
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications & Training

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (desirable)
