Senior QA Engineer

Senior QA Engineer | Financial Services | AWS

3 days per week in Manila office

CBTR is hiring on behalf of a financial services client for a Senior QA Engineer to support the quality assurance of enterprise applications underpinning post-trade affirmation, confirmation and real-time messaging workflows.

This is a strong opportunity for a QA professional with experience in banking/trading environments, particularly across messaging workflows, FIX, XML/FIXML, and business-critical enterprise systems.

Key experience:

  • Senior QA experience in financial services

  • Strong background in messaging workflow testing

  • Experience with FIX Protocol / FIX Engines

  • Knowledge of AWS, Jenkins, GitLab, Linux and SQL

  • Experience working in Agile / SaFe teams

  • Ability to support both manual testing and a move towards greater automation

Desirable:

  • Post-trade workflow experience

  • Electronic trading / market data exposure

  • Cucumber, Grafana, Prometheus

  • Terraform / Ansible

  • Kubernetes / AWS EKS
